  9.         How to Order TwilightBrush
  10. To order with credit card over the Internet, or to order direct from Artwerkz 
  11. for speedy delivery, go to http://www.artwerkz.com and click on the Order
  12. button at the top of the page.

  14. To order with Credit Card by EMail or Fax, read the "HowToOrder" file included
  15. with the TwilightBrush tryout, and order with the "Order TwilightBrush" program.

  32. Purchasing TwilightBrush using the
  33. Order TwilightBrush program:
  34.  
  35. If you want to pay by Cash, Credit Card, with a First Virtual account, or in non-US 
  36. currency,  please follow the instructions below on how to use the Order TwilightBrush program
  37. and send your payment to Kagi.
  38.  
  39. Kagi is a company that facilitates software purchases.  It processes a 
  40. variety of payment types, including international currency, credit card payments, 
  41. and electronic banking.  More information on Kagi is available at:

  45. Step-by-step instructions:
  46.  
  47. 1) Open the "Order TwilightBrush" program.
  48.  
  49. 2) Enter your name, your e-mail address, and the number of software licenses 
  50. (copies of TwilightBrush) you wish to purchase. 
  51.  
  52. 3) Select the form of payment you intend to use, and enter the appropriate 
  53. information.  
  54.  
  55. 4) NOTE: If you're using a credit card, please click on the little credit card icon, and 
  56. enter your billing address there.
  57.  
  58. 5) If you want to offer a comment for TwilightBrush, click on the 
  59. little dialog balloon next to the program name, and enter your comments.  
  60.  
  61. 6) If you wish to include a bonus to show your appreciation for Artwerkz 
  62. products, feel free to enter one in the appropriate box.
  63.  
  64. 7) If you wish to have a Postcard Receipt (Snail-Mail) you can select this option, 
  65. but it costs $1.  If you don't have an email address, you will receive your reply 
  66. via Snail-Mail anyways.

  68. 8) When you're finished:
  69.      If you're paying by cash or check:  Choose Print from the Register program, 
  70.      and send the printout and payment to Kagi.
  71.      If you're paying by credit card or First Virtual you have some options: 
  72.      a.  Choose Copy, then open your e-mail program and paste the information into
  73.           an e-mail.  Their e-mail address is sales@kagi.com.
  74.      b.  Choose Save, then include the saved file into an e-mail message.
  75.      c.  If you have a fax modem, fax the information to Kagi at (510) 652-6589.
  76.      d.  Choose Print, and mail the printout to Kagi.  This will be slower than the other
  77.           methods.

  79. Payments sent to Kagi via e-mail are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive 
  80. an e-mail acknowledgement from Kagi when your payment is processed. Payments 
  81. sent to Kagi via fax take up to 10 days, and if you provide a correct internet e-mail 
  82. address, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement.

  84. If you are paying with Cash (in any listed currency) or Check (US $ only), you should 
  85. print out your data using the Register application and send the printout to the address 
  86. shown on the form, which is:

  93. You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries, but if you
  94. pay with a Check, it must be a Check drawn in US Dollars. Kagi cannot accept
  95. Checks in other currencies.  The conversion rate for non-US $ checks is around
  96. US $15 per Check which is not practical.

  98. Although an invoice option exists, Artwerkz is not taking orders for TwilightBrush
  99. through invoice at this time.  Contact adamw@kagi.com if you have any questions.

  101. Please do not fax or e-mail payment forms that indicate Cash, Check or Invoice as
  102. the payment method. You can't fax or e-mail this kind of payment, so sending the form
  103. this way will be fruitless.

  105. Payments sent via postal mail take time to reach Kagi and then up to 10 days for
  106. processing.  If you include a correct e-mail address, you will hear from Kagi
  107. when the form is processed.  Artwerkz will send you your copy of TwilightBrush 
  108. and other information as soon as they receive word from Kagi that your payment 
  109. has arrived.
